- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasei ordered this item for my pallet jack and only 2 of the 3 plugs connect leaving the jack not operational. i have sent multiple emails to the seller who is apparently in china so it takes a day to respond. when i finally get a response they say it is the correct head but offer no solution to connecting the plugs. i asked for a refund and was told that the head is correct(which it isn't) and would only offer $20 for a refund. i would never buy anything from this seller again. buyer beware!
