I contacted the seller & asked for help unlock it but they made no effort on their end and tried to tell me that because I’m located in the US, it’s only available for wifi. Seller does not know I plan to travel and use this phone abroad so they thought they could scam me by selling me a locked phone because I’m in the US. I gave them multiple opportunities to resolve this and they ignored me.
