    I ordered this item to replace the pager that I lost after switching out ambulances in the middle of the night. The seller programmed the pager for free, shipping was excellent. I was slightly disappointed when I got it and heard the sound quality which was poor. The speaker was bad, and the vibrator was froze. The seller offered to replace it but I refused. I had already purchased a parts only pager and was able to use parts from the other pager to fix this pager. The seller was apologetic.
