They are horrible and I don't know how they even still in business. Messaged the seller and they immediately offered a resolution. They were willing to replace the unit and when I told them that we would just keep the bed cover they offered a credit. Excellent seller A+ in my book. For 2017 Nissan Frontier perfect fit. It was nice thick material well constructed. Will buy again.
