The item was described as New and there wasn't anything that I could tell that would indicate that they weren't, except that the included H11 bulb was completely black and ready to explode. The other H11 bulb was bad, but not as bad. Fortunately, I was able to use my existing bulbs and the crisis was no more. They look and work great!
