I gave two chances to the seller, after the first order I left a negative feedback and they answered with a n extremely passive aggressive and disgusting message which was full of lies. I never received the refunds. They created the label but never posted the items, checked on different websites, I don't understand what is reason to be able to purchase something that they just don't have or don't want to send to the buyers. When I reached out to the seller they called me dishonest and that my claim that I received the wrong product baseless. They were extremely rude and reported to eBay for being threatening. The photo clearly shows sugar free and a strange shower gel that is not in the item listing or description.
