    Recieved ok. Got hit for +£40 in import duty/taxes. Then found same item on AliExpress for under £100, which would probably not have incurred much extra in import fees, just tax. Regardless, its here. Untested so far, will probably have to reflash the firmware on it. Which wont be a problem as i have a pciex16 riser for a Desktop PC.
