I contacted seller few days in a row about when item would be shipped no response till the actual day it shipped and several days had went by at this point
My cup finally arrived and the box is completely smashed all over the cup has a nick in it and the the hole were you put the straw is all torn up and can’t even get the straw in the hole
I have bought several cups on eBay and have never had an issue till now maybe it a fake Stanley possibly I dunno but either way it all messed up

I received the item well. However, the delivery was a bit slow, and the product was fake! I already had the genuine one, so I could compare it. I bought it from a foreign country, so I gave up the return! I think you might have been tricked too! This is a fake!!!
