Delivered 4/18. Me: out of state, friend's death delayed return. Home 5/20. Opened 5/24, sliced finger on one of 2 broken corners. Shipped in box too small for proper packing. Wrapped in clear food wrap & paper, no bubble wrap. 2 corners broken, chips. I only needed container. Contacted her 5/24, explained. Response: beyond her 30-day policy, she's a great packager/shipper, "it's been so long" & "the item including the shipping cost was under $20." Essentially, lame apology but TOUGH LUCK.
