Fast shipping, item looks brand new, and it included the gasket to mount the pump’s exhaust manifold; very much appreciated. Packaging was 9 out of 10. Only suggestion for improvement would be to use larger sheets of foam padding. The small, scrap pieces currently being used, can shift and result in a loss of padding between the item and box; I could feel one of the item’s sharp edges through the box.
