Thankyou for the kind words, and unfortunately dealing with the post office bad service here is a weekly advent, many fall into the black hole of the st louis main post and they just do not care - there is no one to contact and they never respond to the many lost packages inquiries I have sent look for the lost packages. I am honest with the highest integrity, and it is hard to have to depend upon a shipper that does not have the same morals or commitment to service and excellence. thanks gary
