Replacement to be sent express to avoid further delay. This was not sent express. This vendor (KAYHAN) seems to have trouble getting things right and doing what they say they will. I am very frustrated by my dealings with KAYHAN. Communication is prompt and polite, but words mean nothing when you can't follow through.
