They requested for UPS to intercept the delivery hours before it was supposed to be delivered. In which it was granted. They had 3 days to make that request before today. Gave no communication as to why or that they were going to do it in the first place.
Reached out to seller and got 4 repetitive automated responses so hopefully this will get the proper attention.
I’ll revise my review if this is made right, but lack of prior notice directly from the seller doesn’t sit well with me
