The iPad has a screen full of rays, which does not announce nor does it focus on the images, some of these rays are deep. and the packaging also arrived with very little protection.

I am very sorry the packing was not up to your standards. We bubble wrap each ipad and also use packing peanuts. Which suspends the ipad in the middle of the box. Which protects it very well from drops or smashing. Can you please show me a picture of the "rays". I will certainly send a partial refund it you want to still keep it!
