Pre paid postage label then supplied. Pre-paid postage not accepted by Royal Mail. 17/5 Seller: "for full refund you have to send item back. I can offer you 50% partial refund and you keep the item". Beyond stupid reply! No further contact from seller. Unable to return item, no refund. Ebay not answering my mails. GREAT!!!
