The item came with no instructions & the hardware was loose in the box. There are 5 locking fasteners, & 8 screws, yet there are a total of 10 holes to put screws in. To make matters worse, the locking fasteners don't even fit the screws that came in the package. I've installed mudflaps before, & the instructions would have shown me exactly how many screws I actually needed instead of having to guess. I have to buy self-tapping screws as these are too big for the area I'll be screwing into.
