Neither the seller nor myself could pinpoint exactly where the package was after the supposed delivery day. In the end, he refunded my money. And, by chance, the stamps arrived a day after he had done so. To make up for this, I have bought a number of stamps from this seller since then. I thank him for his timely communication and patience. I was also happy to eventually receive this particular set of stamps.
