I guess I didn’t read the information on the faucet to see whether it’s new or used, I first impression was that it was new from the box, however, when I got it I found out it was a used one, dripping with water. Ok, I accept my mistake. I installed it, it seems to work, all I need is for it to last as long as the replacement. I like it though, it a beautifully made faucet. Seems to working now, my fingers are crossed. Wishing myself good luck with it. Delivery was fast, packaging not so much
