Great communication. He made sure I was purchasing the correct item. Make sure to follow the instructions for installing the gear and axle sleeves. Time will tell if the gear will hold up. I would not be afraid to purchase more HO scale Proto 2000 2-8-4 Berkshire locomotives knowing this fix is available. The quartering jig works like a dream.

Please let me know if/when the gear fails, I haven't heard of one failing yet and the one I originally developed for my Berkshire has been running for over a year and a half now under fairly frequent operations... but you never know.
BTW I did join NMRA Cincinnati Division 7, Thank you for pointing them out to me.
