FedEx label was printed soon as I paid but no status updates whatsoever, very unlike FedEx. Finally requested order be canceled after about 10 days of no movement and finally Ebay stepped in and I received my refund after 13 days. All the while my car is up on blocks waiting for the A/C compressor that seems they never had in stock. If they didn't have the part I should have been notified immediately and refunded, very unprofessional. Don't enjoy giving negative but this time it's warranted.
