      Communication was polite and interactive. I can confirm that brand new converse were sent as requested. There was an error in packaging and this was going to be addressed by the seller but unfortunately due to my circumstances. I had to decline and the item was returned with no feeling. The seller was even going to the added expense of a next day delivery but I was leaving the country so had to decline. If it had not been for that I would have accepted. Once again thank you.
