The instructions stated I would need two people. I'm 75, and a cripple, BUT I did it all by myself. Yes, I'm in pain now, but I did it, and it is a vast improvement on the previous unit. Smaller and stronger, I like it. As I don't have a TV, and never will again, it is where my giant computor monitor sits. Super product, super packaging, only criticism would be that the instructions should be A4, the A5 caused two problems since they don't show enough detail, and two bits were left out.
