The perfume I purchased was missing the label identifying the volume but the seller did not state this detail in the listing. Instead she guessed the volume and put her guess in the listing. There was no way for me to tell the volume so I requested a refund. She refused to accept my return request. After a case was opened, eBay sided with me and issued a return label and then they gave me a refund. This seller is deceptive and difficult.

I am sorry that you found your purchase difficult, however the perfume you purchased clearly showed that there was no label on the bottom. You purchased a used bottle of perfume. There was no guessing involved as I have many with the tag and many new in box. In the future I would suggest that if you want a label to make that request prior to purchase or at the very least read the listing completely and inspect all 24 pictures. You are very welcome for the free perfume you used from the bottle.
