I purchase on 3/24 and was delivered on 3/27. I left it in the box till i was ready to install on april 30th. Pulled from box and noticed a electrical clip was broken. I then contacted seller and said they would refund my $. On may 13 i started the return policy. The seller denied the return stating a 30 day limit on returns.
While i do understand the argument, the item was sitting while i installed a different pump that i had to also purchase.
I just want someone to stand behind it.
