Seller forgot to send the package until I contacted them a week later. Package arrived in bubble wrap and tape, no box. 14 out of 20 batteries were shipped. Seller shipped the rest of the batteries 3 weeks later. I wished the seller would communicate better instead of just saying he will ship them out the next day. I would not recommend if you need the batteries in a timely manner.

I really regret how poorly this all went, but a lot of things happened that were out of my control. I don't make excuses for any failures like this - but please know that things are much organized and streamlined going forward. In April, my divorce was finalized, I moved, had a vehicle stolen that had Prius modules in it, had to repo a car that I sold on payments, and had to take mental health leave at work.
Further, I didn't wait three weeks to make the third shipment. It got lost at Fedex.
