Shocked at the lack of regard in the way the garment was folded and forced inside a box far too small for the jacket. You'd think vintage sellers would know how to fold a jacket properly. Apparently not! Considering I am the customer, I expected the seller would take care to fold the jacket properly, to retain the shape of the lapels and shoulders. Not once have I ever had to spend time repressing lapels after purchasing a jacket online. I won't buy from this shop again.
