We do not accept returns so we granted a full refund . Not sure how the zipper was ripped or damaged to that extent since we inspect /test all zippers and items. Based on the picture it looks like the outside of the zipper. It may have happened during shipping maybe the sequins got stuck to each other and torn. We appreciate you brining this to our attention and we will do better to ensure that items do not arrive damaged in the future thank you.

The bag is completely cut off, and the attached picture does not tell the truth. This bag should have been thrown away, and you should not have sold it for I do not forgive the amount paid and I do not wish anyone to deal with this seller

I’m sorry your were disappointed with the cracks in the bag. Based off the picture you provided it was normal wear and tear that you would find on a preowned item and you could see the minimal damage if you zoomed in to the pictures. Also you did not have an issue until over 45 days after the purchase. We still offered a discount that you refused and decided to leave this review instead.
