The company sent me a new decal kit with a small tube of some adhesive. I thank them for doing that.
However - the decals backing strips were either coming off or removed meaning their was almost no existing adhesive on the back of decals / letters and the adhesive tube once activated dried up very quickly and I really needed more as it took time to press and stick the letters.
Overall the quality just isn’t there and as advertised the decals just don’t stick good even w the proper prep

We check each set and it cannot be broken. All set are new. We do not resell returned sets. It could be that customer got confused by protective paper on the front side of the insert, which is always partially removed on one letter to show where front colored side is. This is reflected in included Installation Instruction.

I have given the seller serveral oppourntinites to make things right as I recieved a used and damaged item that was all scratched up, adhesive dried out, and letters not cut properly to size. The lettering would not fit the factory shape due to the v cut out of the item not being cut properly to fit the moulding, I asked the seller to send replacement or to send back item for a refund but seller keeps giving excuse after excuse, do not buy from this seller, false advertising.

You did not read included instructions and notes. Big red note say that RED SIDE IS THE BACK SIDE OF THE LETTERS. You made picture of BACK side and of course it looks mirrored and will not fit. Other side will not stick because it is face side and it covered with white protective paper which is partially removed from one letter as an example which is reflected in included Installation Instruction. Note on front package side ask PLEASE READ THIS GUIDE BEFORE INSTALLATION. It's easy. Just read.

Yellow may not be a popular color. Backing was difficult to remove, maybe old? Would not stick to the dash. Could not use.
