these are junk. fan was mounted and in 15 minutes of driving all of them slipped out of the retainers and fan fell. tried the second set in this kit and you cannot get them to fasten and secure the fan. waste of time and money and had to go to parts store to repair vehicle in their parking lot.

It was supposed to cool better than the fan clutch. My truck overheated due to this electric fan not cooling enough. I don’t recommend using this fan. It will not help and it will make you spend more money in re building the engine. Now I have to pay, rings, pistons, head gasket, man labor. I have spent $3000 so far in fixing it.
