This item was listed as having been tested. The bearings were squealing loudly in the fan, so that appears doubtful. The card had no signs of life at all, aside from the fan attempting to turn. I contacted the seller and they agreed to send a replacement, but did not do so until I followed back up with them a week later to inquire about not having received it. They sent the replacement regular USPS after 8 days of waiting, so I will be waiting even longer. Very poor experience.
