I love the Coffee Mug! It's just as described and seller gave exceptional service! I'm so grateful she ships these kind of items safely. It arrived with the box so crushed on one side, our postlady took a picture of it. The seller, Carol, had even had it labeled with a large red "Fragile, Handle With Care" label! If she hadn't taken the time to wrap the cup with such excellent wrapping and padding, I don't see how it could have arrived in one piece. Wish I could give her 6 stars.
