Unfortunately, the item box wasn't sealed, the radiator was kind of dusty, and the bag with accessories was missing. The seller replied to my complaint and shipped it without hesitation and free of additional charge. After I got these accessories, I installed the cooler and it worked as expected. Very happy with this purchase. I do highly recommend this seller.
