There are loose pieces in the remote and it jiggles around. I won’t be using this as it’s extremely annoying. Wasted money. Packaging wasn’t the best is most likely the issue. Be cautious.

We are very nice people just had to reach out to us and we would have taken care of you no problem. We even reached out to you and you have not responded to us. We always support what we sell damaged in shipping or not all of our controllers get bubble wrapped and shipped in expected size box. You shouldnt leave courier mishandling issues as negative feedback for a seller as thats a bit out of our control. Hopefully we hear back from you but looking at your feedback left for others, Probably not
