The watch is supposed to be new but missing the insert to hold the watch in. It was listed as lavender but it is not lavender, it is more of a gray mauve. I contacted the seller but they never responded to me. I was very disappointed with the color of the watch and that I have nothing to hold the watch in the case, but probably more disappointing is no response from the seller.
