Was sent the wrong item then when i got the info to send it back it was to be sent not back to CA, but to someone in Wisconsin. Thought it was a bit weird.. but got my refund ..eventually.

Sent buyer a paid return label on August 7, on August 14 buyer said they were having trouble with the link to obtain the label. Ebay always first defaults to the default return address when a buyer opens a return case. Once we authorize the return we then enter in the correct address for the particular part to be sent back to, which in this case was Wisconsin.
