The description was true and told about a sticky spot on the wheel. The sticky spot was every piece the certain type of plastic they made the shell of the wheel out of (it was old and decaying back into greasy oil) the stickiness was solved with an alcohol wash I am used to this type of plastic degrading and already assumed I'd have to clean it. Overall very truthfull and it works great
