    The meter is physically in excellent condition, but operationally it does not give a reading. Maybe my error in not operating the meter properly, by when held up to a strong light the indicator needle does not move. When I read "excellent condition", I take that description to mean that it works. Again, I may be the problem, but from what I have read and viewed this meter should react to exposure to light and it doesn't
