The engine was described as having excessive rust. There were many photos showing the rust, along with a list of items that would need to be replaced before installation in the description. The item was sold at a discounted rate due to its condition. After delivery, the buyer waited until after the eBay return period to inspect their delivery. As a seller, we fulfilled our obligation to describe the item accurately. The buyer did not do their due diligence before purchase or after delivery.
