oggetto arrivato di marca diversa adducendo che era una sostituzione dell'ultimo momento ma hanno inserzioni di vendita dell'oggetto della marca da me acquistato con il prezzo aumentato rispetto al mio acquisto. mi è stato detto che potevo restituirlo, senza specificare a spese di chi, ma questo in ogni caso è previsto per legge. mi sarei aspettato una sostituzione gestita da loro. giudizio neutro e non negativo perché voglio dare il beneficio del dubbio.
