I had a bit of a challenge with the seller - they were annoyed at my hope/expectation that the panel was "pristine" (no scuffs/scratches) though it was sold as a "take off" part. That was a bad choice of words on my part - I apologized; but the seller's rep said the part and shipping was only $109 and that if I wanted "pristine" I should go to Ford and pay the $750 - not wrong. The product was in good shape; maybe just caught that particular rep on a bad day - bad customer service IMO.
