However, this seller went all-out to resolve this - reshipped me another one immediately - although it, too, arrived in the commercial box which was put in a very flimsy shipping bag (padded but not enough). The box was in better shape, but was VERY hard to open - nothing like the listing's video showed. Overall a great transaction because of the seller!
