      Seller hadn't been dispatched item after a week as indicated on tracking details. Seller was rude and had poor attitude when communicating. Replacement Item eventually sent out. Item is absolutely not genuine VAG item and is clearly homemade so not as described.

      Royal Mail lost the first Large Letter & once the buyer notified us by opening an INR case, rather than messaging us, we sent another one out via Tracked24, which was delivered the following morning.
