Mirrors were unusable: Both L and R had mounting issues, (poor threads etc). Contacted "Motor Accessories" who requested photos of problems and replaced both mirrors. Contact was polite and ready to solve issues. New mirrors arrived quickly and mounted with no difficulties at all. Very happy with the mirrors and service.
