I contacted the seller and had to return the item because it was the wrong color. The seller instructed me to return the item for replacement or refund. I did not receive a return label, so I had to pay for the return. I did this 3 days after I received the package. I have not heard from the seller, nor have I received my refund to date. My rating is reserved until after the matter is settled or not.
