Shockingly BAD level of communication – ignored 2 separate requests from me to cancel the order before it had been processed and they ploughed on regardless, ignoring my requests, saying I could return it.Very SLOW delivery process – took 12 days from placing the order during which time they could have cancelled it as requested, at any time.Unfortunately it will cost 46€ to return – more than the item cost.Other sellers much more amenable. Thanks for nothing.
