The products are great. Zero issues with the quality of the product.
My gripe: paid 25% of the total purchase price just for shipping. Product shouldn't take 10 days and should have proper tracking. Seller did communicate he was trying to find it in the USPS system...but no reply. (Item showed up 2 days later.)

Thank you for the positive feedback. You could had driven here to pick your order up for free. Parcel shipping is not cheap, plus materials, hand making proper boxes, eBay fees and more comes into play. So, it sounds like you want me to charge more for the products to balance it out? Sellers doesn't have control on shipping companies issues. I don't work weekends and the PO doesn't either. Enjoy the Thing PC windows and follow the instructions and tips stated in the literature.
