Due to know fault of her own, my print lay for close to a month in a Texas post office, then rested in Louisville for a week due to "bad weather" (hockey puck!) Through it all, Anne kept in contact with me, even offering to send another print which I refused as I had another package stuck in Louisville. She was very kind. I was very hopeful that eventually my print would arrive. Lo and behold, it has arrived and was well-packaged. I love the print and am so happy with the kind lady that sold it.
