    Ordered Avon chest and neck cream. I pulled the plug to the spout and it had gunky yellowed cream on it. Inside the spout you could clearly see it had been used, you could see yellow cream. It's supposed to be white. I have bought this many times from other vendors and the plug has nothing on it because there is no cream in the spout, you have to pump it a few times till it comes up. I sent pictures but this vendor kept saying it was new. She gave me a partial refund, I threw it away. Zero stars

    I provided accurate photos and upclose of the intact spout protector clearly no cream or product on container. The buyer asked what I was going to do about her claims the spout when she removed had yellow cream and I advised she received a full bottle with spout as I had never removed otherwise I would have listed as used. She buys this product as per her words and did not prove to me it was the product I listed. In good faith I return full price, did not get back for return .
