    My product didn't function correctly. They sent another quickly without question. It had the same problem. After many e mails I just got a call from the original manufacturer. He explained the reason for my problems. It turned out no one was in the wrong. They never realized I was not operating the product through a router as most do. What I have now is much better than nothing so I am pleased with the seller. The product was not the problem.
