The towels I received , I really don't like their's material and it's not the towels I was ordered, they sent me the wrong item. I tell them send me the right one, they said but at the end you still received 48 towels . What...Seriously ! So, if they not different why they post them on different name and different price for what? Don't tell me they make that just for fun ok. Nothing to say with their behavior, I really don't know how they can run their business with such a mindset.

I waited nearly three weeks only to find out that the item hadn't even been sent yet. I was told that color I had chosen wasn't in stock and I had to choose a substitute. The last straw was when I was told that, in any event, my replacement order couldn't be sent until the seller had resolved their "logistic issues"! I demanded a full refund. The only "positive" thing I can say was that the refund was sent promptly.
